DocketRadar is now a full web application. Sign up, connect your integrations, and start monitoring court cases from any browser — no extension required. Court data syncs to Clio and Google Calendar automatically. Outlook Calendar coming soon.

Onboarding, tier management, and real-time updates

A guided welcome experience for new installs, clear Starter and Professional tier controls in the extension UI, automatic case data collection, live monitoring updates, and reliability improvements across all counties.

  • Complete case data on first visit — automatically collects all case tabs (docket, parties, events) when you open a case page
  • Live watchlist updates — the popup refreshes in real time when background monitoring detects changes
  • First-run onboarding screen with value overview, 3-step getting-started guide, and supported county list
  • Escape key closes the case detail view for faster keyboard navigation

  • Usage counter in the popup shows current case and county usage (e.g. "2/3 cases · 1/2 counties") — turns amber when you approach your Starter limit
  • Upgrade prompt appears inline when you hit your case or county limit, with a direct link to the Professional plan
  • Calendar integration settings show a clear lock state for Starter accounts, with a prompt to upgrade instead of a silent failure

  • Outlook Calendar sync producing invalid date/time values from AM/PM hearing times
  • Calendar IDs with special characters now properly URL-encoded in Outlook Calendar API requests
  • Monitoring concurrency guard prevents overlapping portal checks and stale calendar sync
  • Sidebar collapse button now works reliably across all supported court portals
  • Search now opens the correct county portal based on case origin instead of defaulting to Palm Beach County
  • Clio integration shows correct county names for all supported courts
